Accommodation
Hayman presents resort living in 244 beautifully appointed rooms, suites, penthouses and a villa, situated in Pool, Palm, Lagoon and Beach Wings, all featuring private terraces or balconies.

The Pool Wing, comprising Pool Superior, Pool Access, Pool Deluxe rooms and Pool Suites, overlooks the famous Hayman Pool and tropical gardens. Level 3 also offers views out to the Coral Sea and neighbouring Hook Island. This wing is ideal for guests travelling to Hayman for the first time and wishing to be close to and enjoy views of the icon pool.

The Palm Wing, comprising Palm Superior rooms, is centrally located in the resort, and is ideal for guests wishing to stay at Hayman but travelling on a budget.


The Lagoon Wing, comprising Lagoon Superior, Lagoon Deluxe rooms, Lagoon Suites and 11 Penthouses, overlooks the tranquil lagoon, tropical gardens and Lagoon Pool. Level 3 and 4 - the latter housing the resort Penthouses - also offer views out to the Coral Sea and neighbouring Hook Island. This wing offers larger rooms and suites than those in the Pool Wing and is known as the luxurious end of Hayman.

The Beach Wing comprises Beach Front rooms and a private Beach Villa fronting Hayman Beach, and Retreat Rooms set back from the beach in tropical gardens. This wing is ideal for couples wishing to stay in boutique accommodation in tranquil surrounds.

Rooms and Suites
Rooms and suites are designed to complement their beautiful garden, pool, lagoon or beach surrounds. Rooms are situated in Palm, Pool, Lagoon and Beach Wings, whilst suites are located in Pool and Lagoon Wings. Priced from $585 per night


Penthouses and the Beach Villa
Penthouses, located on Level 4 of the Lagoon Wing, overlook the Lagoon Pool, gardens, beach and Coral Sea and offer butler service and use of the Penthouse Lounge. The Beach Villa is a beautiful retreat perched on Hayman Beach. Priced from $3200 per night
